Most people are able to drive within two weeks. Remember not to take narcotics if you drive because they will impair your ability to react safely.
After abdominoplasty almost everyone can drive by four weeks. Remember that there is an increased risk of blood clots for several weeks after surgery and so avoid pressure on the back of the calf and move your leg position regularly.
